1.   Lit Circle book selection: draw a number and call your book 

2.   Go to book room and check out your book        

3.   Instructions for dialogue journal handed out and discussed 

4.   Create reading schedule with your Lit Circle Group

5.   SSR: find at least one passage that seems to reflect one of the themes and mark it with a sticky note.     

Homework and due dates: Read your Independent Novel. Remember you should be 1/4 of the way through your novel by this Thursday/Friday.
